Capital One customers - help ?

I need a toll-free # of theirs to use to speak to a customer service rep. The website # 1-800-955-7070
requires you to be a current customer with an acct# - and I'm not a customer.

I keep getting crap in the mail from them every few weeks with my brother's name on it (and he doesn't live here - never has) ... someone please provide me a # so I can relieve my anger. Thank you.

Thanks guys.. Zim's # led to the same place the one I got led to... so I just went through all the options and pretended I wanted one of their cards...

Somehow my brother's info got thrown in with my address.. so he's got to do an opt-out for me. Great. Thanks for your assistance.
