the more sf4 vids I see the more impressed I am with it. It looks to be the ultimate fighting game for the next 5 years.

wow that does look awesome, I'm not sure ryu is supposed to move like that... Looks kind of like a dbz/naruto gameplay style.

what systems? ps3/360? and when?

MvC2 only had 5 characters to use competitively, that's fact. Santhrax team, sometimes a Doom-Strider and some other character, usually cyclops like someone said. MvC2 was busted like shit because of these teams/characters.

CvT is where it's at! I wish they had Makoto in the line up:(

I'm pretty sure Cyclops is only used because Jwong made a huge comeback at EVO against Yipes.

Actually Capcom vs. Tatsunoko looks 1 billion times better.

Crappy vid quality but awesome anyway

That looks GREAT! 1 billion times better than SFIV? Nah. But I do like the traditional 2D look and fighting style. When is it coming out, and for which system?

lol...

Go over to shoryuken.com and educate yourself. You seem to have a passion for fighting games which is good, but you really don't know much about them at all or the scene and strats that have evolved around them.

You seem to be one of those guys that think they're the best at the game because they've never played real competition before. Go out to tournies (a major), test out that SF2 AT Champion title of yours.

To address the thread. CvS2 for DC and PS2 are the only versions taken seriously. As others have mentioned RCing remains intact, unlike the Xbox and GC versions. The EO versions have no credibility, for example c-stick moves on the GC.

so you can disable the cstick movements.

and don't give me shit about my sf2 skills, I have been playing that game (and sf alpha series) for over 10 years competitively in local tournaments and with friends and anyone I can find.

sure the guys who play cvs2, mvc2 and sf3 know every glitch and combo/counter, I'm fucking great at the above mentioned games. Why don't you play me if you think you're so tough?

I'd love to play you, but the fact that you only play on the SNES version of SF2 discredits you. I'd be glad to play you on GGPO. Check out ggpo.net for everything you need to get up and running. SF2 is my main game as well, Super Turbo specifically.
