canvas and vinyl patch

I have a small rip in the vinyl of my boat's white seat(1/2") and wondering what some good vinyl repair kits are, I've seem some patches, but I also remember seeing a kit awhile back that was almost invisible after you did it. I also managed to rip a small 1/2" home in the cnavas cover this weekend, any mail order places carry both these?
