Can't View Webpages????

I have my PC dual booted with Win98SE and WinXP Home. In the Win98 SE OS, I cannot view webpages for some reason. My DSL connects to the net just fine and I can receive e-mail through Outlook Express 6, but I get the "cannot find webpage" screen everytime I try to view a webpage. Any help here? The only things that you might want to know is that I have an external Alcatel USB DSL modem and a internal PCI LAN card installed for a small, 2 PC home network. Thanks.

Maybe double-check your network settings and re-run the network wizard (Start>Run>inetwiz)? Apologies if you've already done this.

Thanks for the reply, but yea, I had already tried that. I figured it out finally though. It was my stupid firewall blocking all IE traffic for some reason. Thanks.
