cant use shift keys

so just recently my shift keys have gone crazy. whenever i hit my shift key it pastes whatever is on the clipboard. restarting windows doesnt help. what should i do

I had a problem with a Logitech keyboard recently. It wasn't doing what you described, but it was relating to the shift key. There may be a better solution, but I just bought another keyboard.
