Cant use my 4 sticks of ram, msi neo2 plat

hello everyone

i just put my new pc together.

msi neo2 platinum bios 1.4 latest.
athlon 64 3500+ 90nm
albatron 6800gt
4 x 512 ocz pc3700eb
sb live audigy 2 zs 5.1
wd raptor 75gig

my problem is. when i power on the pc with all four sticks of ram it wont post. all of the d-leds are green except the #2. Says Memory Dection Test: Testing onboard memory size. the d-led with hang here is the memory module is mamaged or not installed properly. i take out the two sticks in channel b. and it boots up. i take those 2 out and put in the other 2 and it boots up. i take those out and put them in channel b and no post.

how can i turn on channel b so i can use all four sticks of ram. this was expensive stuff and hate to only get to use 1 gig of it.

could the channel b slots be shorted out? i can get the pc to boot using all the sticks in the channel a slot.

sorry for being such a noob. this is my 4th pc ive put together but this is the first 64bit.

thanks for the replies.

ok i got it working!!!

MSI just called me back. said sometimes when u put in more that 2 sticks you will need to adjust the voltage. i set it at 2.8 and poof., its boots up with all four sticks in.

i am happy now. woooooo
