Cant use disks, all icons show as IE

All the DVD games I have burned now have an Internet Explorer E icon shown on the DVD and nothing will run or launch. Does anyone know how to get rid of this and return everything back to what it was? its extremely annoying.

Oh, and I just tried to mount it and it had similar behavior to my g/f........I did noting. But at least the icons are normal when mounted. Running the setup.exe does nothing.
