Can't UPS look up tracking numbers by address?

Dell seems to have "lost" my tracking number, so they told me to call UPS...

UPS says they can't look anything up w/o a tracking number, which i could have sworn in the past they have been able to do... Via the shipping address....

They have told me the same thing.

 

I think it's a privacy thing...if you just give 'em an address and then find out the tracking number, you can change the delivery address to your own? I dunno, but I'm sure they can look it up by address, they just don't want to give you the info.

I'm like 99% sure they have done it for me before when another company couldnt find my tracking #....

On another note, does UPS Next Day Air include saturday delivery?

Actually, when i try to use the shipping calc, looks like saturday delivery is extra even on next day air packages... thanks for lookin tho...
