Can't update profile

I am trying to update my email address on my profile & I would
also like to set it to notify of responses to items I have replied to.

It will not allow me to update the profile ... I get the following error message:

Error: You do not have permission to access this forum

Error Code: 578

This is while I am in Profile Mode

Can you please fix this ?

Yahoo is a banned E-Mail account. You cannot use that on the forums.

and the rest of the email services that are not allowed are listed in the FAQ (? button top right).

I did not know that & have now selected an email which
is not banned

It would be easier if the error message actually told
us what the error was all about

It may be because you are using a popup blocker or a firewall. For some reason those don't play well with the profile page, especially Norton Internet Security. Disable them, update your profile and then re-enable them.

im tryin to remove my F/S link below in my profile but it just comes back after i click update??
