Cant sleep

started a new workout routine, and hurt my arms doing weights for the first time in years, now my arms hurt too much to sleep, can't put any pressure on them at all. Anyone else having trouble sleeping?

Yeah..i know...thats why i hvant taken any, and am just sitting here basking in the pain that is my arms...

Your not going to be able to sleep now cause of the endorphins 😛 i never work out before bed, can never sleep. The arm pain is from Monday's workout. 🙁
