Friend's machine: W32.Tulu ...

She followed the removal instructions .. full scan says the file 32rundll.exe contains the virus. "Shell" doesn't exist there in the registry so she can't even follow that step.

Tried deleting the 32rundll.exe file... but it never went away... no error message or anything.

Help ?
