I got a new monitor (Hanns-G HH251) along with a new computer. However I can't set the monitor to its native resolution 1920x1080 (and fill the screen).
Basically it allows me to set the resolution, but there is about an inch of screen space around the picture that isn't being used. When I change the resolution to 1680x1050 it fills the monitor, but the picture is blurred.
It appears to be a problem with either the GPU or the drivers.
It is a 512MB 4850 with HDMI/VGA/DVI out NewEgg Market
I've tried a different computer and it displays the full screen at 1920x1800 With out any problems.
Right now, I'm using the included DVI-HDMI adapter for the monitor, and I have tried the VGA cable.
