Can't save v-tuner setting on 8500LE

I'm using a new Gigabyte 8500LE. I've installed the v-tuner and when I overclock the card and save the new settings, the new settings are back to default when I exit v-tuner and reopen it again. I've emailed Gigabyte, but no response as yet. Anyone know how to save the settings properly?
