Can't run Sisoft Sandra

I just set up my new MSI Ultra 845 ARU and P4 1.6A@ 2.13 with stock hsf and stock voltage, so it's pretty cool. I got 7913 at 3DMark 2001SE and I ran Prime95 for more than 6 hours flawlessly.
The only problem I had is that I couldn't get Sisoft Sandra run, every time I try it, it say "Out of Scan Range " and restart my Comp. ? I couldn't run Fuzzy Logic III etheir, it say : Floating point division of zero" Otherwise evrytihng is OK? Please help me

 
hmm, Out of Scan Range error message usually suggest you're trying to use a resolution/refresh rate that the monitor doesn't support!
