Help! I have finished setting up my new Athlon system, and it works great doing everything, except for if I do a "Restart", it will finish shutting down but hang at a black screen prior instead of ever restarting. Windows clearly thinks it has finished shutting down, because there is no scandisk issue when it is finally does get turned on again. The system is:
ASUS A7M266
Athlon 1.33 GHz
ATI Radeon 64 DDR Vivo
SB Live
Netgear FA311
IBM 307060
I have seen some other threads on the board that indicate similar problems, but haven't been able to find their solutions. Someone mentioned a hard drive driver that could fix it, but I couldn't find anything on IBM or Microsoft regarding this. Anyone help? Thanks.
