can't print in black only brother mfc-j470dw

Hello everyone
I've Brother mfc-j470dw with black inkjet only (color are empty) and I can't print at all.
I've used this guide http://support.brother.com/g/b/faqe...prod=mfcj470dw_us_eu_as&faqid=faq00002461_006 on my PC and my Macbook without any success.
Does anyone have solution for this kind of problem?
