Can't Perform a Tracert

I've always been able to do tracerts, but one day I found myself unable to perform a tracert.

My tracert will simply go as far as my ISP's main servers in my state and then return * for everything else.

What's going on here? The only firewall I'm behind is my router firewall and it hasn't interfered with tracert before.

Is it possible my ISP is blocking tracerts?

Is there any way to get around it? After doing some research, it seems my ISP blocks port 92, the same port tracert runs on, to stop the spread of specific worms. Can I change the port tracert runs on?

traceroute on Linux can use ICMP ECHO instead of UDP, maybe the Windows one can do the same.
