When I try to open the tiff file in photoshop it gives me an error stating the image contains unsupported color space. Any ideas?

Sorry, Photoshop. The file only opens in Microsoft Office Document Imaging. It doesn't open in paint, or photo viewer.

Are you using photoshop or photoshop elements? Cause IIRC photoshop elements doesn't do CMYK colour. Maybe that's it?

Have you tried opening another .TIFF file to see if it's just an issue with that file - or all files of that nature?
