can't login

I suddenly can't login any more. I haven't changed any settings and cookies are enabled. I login and get a page that says Login successful. You will now be taken to the forum. If this connection fails, click here., but i just get sent back to the login page. I've tried clicking where it says click here, but it sends me back to the login page also. I've tried restarting the computer, reseting IE to defaults, setting security to low all to no avail. please help. Its WinMe with IE 5.5 SP2

Hmm... I haven't tried it on this board, but with many forums you can post messages without using cookies: click 'reply' (or whatever) and above the textfield for the topic there are two fields for username & password.

Look, no cookies! 😀

If it is as Elledan describes, delete your internet files, history, AND your cookies. Shutdown and restart your browser, then try it. It sounds like the cookie/s may have become corrupted.
