Can someone help me. I have been unsuccessful logging on with my old usename. I have reset my password several times, but I would never recieve an email with my new password. I finally gave up and created a new account (this one), but I have several messages in my old account that I need to respond to.

 
Our beloved metrosexual friend Mr. Mercenary4Hire cannot seem to login. Perhaps someone can fix things for his all-too-color-coordinating-ass.
 
HELP!!!

This is user "RalfHutter" posting under a new account.

This AM when I went to read the forums I wasn't able to log on. An error message popped up saying "invalid credentials" or some BS. Since I've been logging on at AT for 4 years now, I haven't forgotten my UN+pass so something in your software is screwy.

I then made the fatal error of going to the "reset password" button. I answered the secret question, but the email I received from AT with my new password was totally empty. A blank email. Wonderful.

Come on guys, WTF is going on here?

Please fix the account for "RalfHutter"

It happened to me as well. I reset my password, was emailed a new one and was able to log in with it. Make sure you're checking the email you have on file with Anandtech.

Of course I am. I got the email form AT, but it was empty, no content!

I had this same problem when I reset my pass. I forwarded the message I got from Anandtech to another e-mail addy and the text that should have been in the original was in the forwarded message.
 
Same problem for me... my old login no longer works and I don't seem to be able to get a password reset email.

I have been getting some email issues though from my soon-to-be-former webhost (Ripplehost)... *sigh*

Oh well, I have lost user logins from email switches before...
 
This is Krackato. This is a very old account that I used to use, but I've been using Krackato exclusivly forever now.

I'm not even sure if my email address was correct cause I haven't receieved any emails whatsoever. If anyone can fix my account my email address is krackato(at)yahoo.com.
 
Password reset was required for me as well.

On another note, thanks for re-allowing those of us with spaces to modify our profiles.

Yahoo email addresses aren't allowed at all here. See FAQ for further details. Sorry. 🙁
