Can't join a team!

I went to a team stat page and clicked on join, I entered just my username, not the full email. It then returned the screen:
There was an error processing your request
We can"t find the email address that you entered, "compnetbvt".

I went back and tried again, only this time it went straight to the above without asking for my info. I thought it might be a cookie, so I deleted all files accessed in the past few minutes in the temp internet dir. Still no go, what's the problem?

It uses the entire eMail address, not just the name.

Don't know if this helps, but make sure the cookie is deleted (IE5 sometimes save cookies on the temp dir if the limit you set under options is not enough).

I know that, that's why I'm trying to get back to the info screen so that I can fill in my email addy.

I looked in both windows\Temporary Internet Files and windows\temp. No cookies were found.

You may want to try clearing your history in IE or if all else fails try a different browser-------Netscape 😎

try the browser in WinAmp. Use someone else's computer.

Join the Team !!!!

Go to your nearest Radio Shack and join from there!

I deleted cookies, etc.
All I had to do was close out of IE and start it up again. I guess that PHP programming does some unusual stuff.
