Can't install Windows xp

Has anyone had or seen this problem , Unable to install windows XP i keep getting error message IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR EQUAL .
 
I did that and i was able to install windows 🙂 Thanks i never would have thought of that .

Now my windows takes about 5 min. to boot any ideas ??
