cant install silverlight

It says "The installed product does not match the installation source(s). Until a matching source is provided or the installed product and source are synchronized, this action can not be performed."

Tried setting permissions, etc, tried removing silverlight 1.0 it gives same error 🙁
 
I'm confused, does the poll have something to do with Silverlight? Doesn't matter to me, I voted Donnie Darko, great movie!!!!
 
well, it's the one for browser, I've tried installing for visual studio some different error too. Maybe I'll need to reinstall windows 🙁
 
Are you installing the correct for for the right browser. IIRC there is two one for IE and on for Firefox/Opera.
