Can't Install Firefox 1.0.4

So I uninstall 1.0.3 and try installing 1.0.4 and I get this. I recently installed the Windows Installer 3.1 update or whichever... not sure if that has an effect. any ideas?

Strange. Perhaps try a nightly and see if it has the same problem.
