Can't install Far Cry

Hey. I downloaded a few freebie's from Ubi Soft and every time I try to enter my user name during the install, I'm told I need to be living in the US to play the game.

I do live in the US and my user name is registered as such.

Any idea's? Ghost Recon install won't work either with the same issue.
 
Nope. I have the international OEM DVD version from Newegg. No bullshit during install and it plays great with the US 1.4 full patch.

"All downloaded files which have not been activated are going to be made inactive through the ubi.com login. Previously, the ubi.com login would require a US country in order to install the game. Ubisoft will make the ubi.com login reject all entries into country. They hope to relaunch the program once we can add IP-blocking into our login process."
