Can't go over 133 fsb!

I have a T-bird 1.2@1.4. The voltage is only up one notch to 1.775 from 1.75. It is idling at 39 deg and around 44 under full load. I'd like to try and take it higher, by the FSB, but I can't go anywhere above 133.

I have win2k installed on my FIC AD11 with 512 MB DDR Crucial RAM.
Not sure about all of the RAM settings and stuff. I'm about to try and find some posts explaining that.

PCI cards include:
Radeon 64 MB
SB Live Value
Network Card

Any clues? Any BIOS settings to change?

Thanks

Just tried to go for 11x and 11.5x multiplier instead of 10.5x. Its a no go. I even tried upping the voltage to 1.825. Nothing worked. It seems as though 10.5x133 is the highest I can go. Its not even hot though, I have good cooling, so I don't understand. Maybe my CPU is just maxed out at 1.4 ghz.

Any ideas?

Try lowering the multiplier to 10 ,upping the voltage ,and then up the FSB. Should be able to get more out of your memory. Plus changing the memory in the bios from CAS2 to CAS3 can push more FSB out of your memory.

Even though the motherboard reports your cpu temp to be 44C, it's really a lot higher. AMD's put out tremendous amounts of heat. Your chip probobly doesn't go past 1.4, and I don't think you'll find very many people feeling sorry for you ;) Anyhow, play around with fsb and memory settings to determine if it really is the chip or another compenent; although I'm betting it's the chip.
