Can't get TV to work when using Two video cards

I've got a 9800XT Running A samsung 213T FP and a NEC FE950 CRT. I wanted TV on the computer, and I have an extra 17" Compaq Flat display monitor, so I got a ATI AIW-VE 64MB TV\Video card.

I was having some issues with the DVD decoder not wanting to install because of the drivers. So I took out the 9800XT uninstalled all the ATI stuff. Used driver cleaner to clear out the rest of the ATI crap.
Installed all the software for just the AIW, and got the TV/recorder to work.

I put in the 9800XT and now the TV does not want to work, it says the Recording software is not installed and the TV funtion will not work because of it.

You'll have to make the AIW VE the primary and disable the secondary when you want to watch TV or capture video unless someone knows a workaround. You can do it all from the display properties without rebooting. Still a bit of a PITA.
