Can't get system started

I had major driver problems and tried to fix them by getting rid of programs. Now my system won't start up. It can get started in safe mode, but that's it. How do I get my system started up againg with reinstalling it? I have an Iwill KK266 MB with an Elsa gladiac GeForce II mx, a SB live value and am running windows98SE. Any help would be appreciated.
