Cant get playsite.com to work on my new rig...

I can navigate to the site just fine, but as soon as i click on what type of game i wanna play, the window pops up that says its loading, but it never moves past it.

Any idea what could be causing this? Maybe corrupted java (if thats what playsite.com uses) or something?

I've tried it on the other rigs in my room and they all work fine, its just the new desktop that it wont work on.

Right-click on the internet explorer icon and select properties.

Click the advanced tab and scroll down to find JAVA

Hmmm, dont see to see anything about java there...

Im using XP w/IE 6.0

after setting up the new rig, did you download Java? XP doesn't ship with Sun's Java VM, so you'll probably have to go download that at

http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.4.1/index.html

Strange. Its like going really slowly though... Not sure why...

I have a nforce2 mobo with a 2400+ alhlon and 512 DDR Dual Channel.... Its slowing my rig down alot...

Sun's Java VM isn't the one you should be using for playsite.com.

Have you already installed XP SP1 and IE6 SP1? If Microsoft's Java VM isn't showing up in your IE properties advanced tab then you might need to install these items. Or, you can download the VM from here
