Can't get my PNY geforce4 4400 working with my Asus nforce A7N266-C

i can't seem to get them to work together. i get no post whatsoever. They both work seperatly on other comps, just not together. Any suggestions?
 
[*]Pull all cards and see if the system will post with cpu/mem/video
[*]Try a bios flash
 
tryed flashing. Video and Mobo are find, they just don't work when they are with each other.
