just ran prime with cpu at 200x11.5 and it ran 9 hours straight without crashing and temp was constant 49C. Seems pretty stable huh?

If I remember correctly, while OCing my mobile I got similar system file corruptions errors. I think it just simply meant you were taking something in your system too far. In those cases, I would lower the clock speed or increase CPU voltage, and windows would boot up just fine. I'm thinking you may not have had to reinstall XP :\
Good to hear that you're all squared away and running nicely now :)

since your problem seems to be meory related, run blended, or custom test and force large fft tests. will uncover problems, if any, sooner.

you know something wierd.

I ran it yesterday at 200x11 mem at 11-3-3-2.5 vcore 1.75v and prime lasted 9 hours before it crashed

ran it again same settings but uped vcore to 1.775 and prime only lasted 2 1/2 hours.

Shouldnt the stability get better with more juice? i see through MBM5 my vcore is swinging a little bit more than im comfortable so maybe my Allied 430W is the culprit to all these problems?

temps are fine BTW it never goes above 49C at full load
