Can't get Morpheus to launch - help!

I recently downloaded the latest version of Morpheus. But when I click on it, it won't start. I'm running Windows XP. Any ideas?

use an alternative, like www.winmx.com or gnutella. you can still get kazaa lite
if you google for it, but winmx is just as good and 100% hassle free,
