can't get High FSB??

I have a MSI KT3 ULTRa2 and a 1.4 gig thunderbird. and I can't seem to put the FSB up much more than 150 with out my system to NOT start up. Am I doing something wrong? I have only had it up to 146 and it worked alright then I tried at with 150 and I had to clear the CMos to get it to boot again?!!?!??! thanks for all the help I can get
 
No you're not doing anything wrong, thats about how high a 1.4ghz Athlon will go without further modification (voltage, cooling...)
