This time it's a Sockt A HSF with three clamps on each side...how the heck can I get this thing off? I'm afriad if I push down the PCB will break because that mother is on TIGHT.

Somebody put it on there. So, someone (you) can take it off. Hopefully the spring clip is like the one with the retail heatsink. It has a notch meant for the tip of a regular screwdriver.

You won't hurt the mainboard by flexing it to remove the heatsink.
Howto :p

Use the largest screwdriver you have that will securely fit in the notch on the clamp.

Removal is the exact reverse of the installation.

Get a big flat head screw driver and use it with alot of control pushing down on the hook on the retention mechanism. Push it down the the clip slowly and gently and then lever it against the heat sink to unhook it and it should pop out.

Remember slow and controlled. If you think the screw driver is going to pop out then use a different one.
