can't get hauppauge pvr-150 install

I have this card install in a MCE2005 machine. Device manager knows it's there but when I tried to install the driver that I downloaded from the manufacture website it says cannot find compatible device.
I also tried to let windows find the driver by pointing to the location contain the driver but windows says it cannot find it.
Please help, thanks

You have to make sure you follow the Hauppauge how to install the drivers. You need to run hwclear first from installar CD, and reload the PC. YOu may want to runt twice hwclear to make sure everything is removed.

Once PC comes backup, XP will detect new hardware, and follow the Hauppauge howto. I have attached the link which shows you howto do it.

i did that and still keep getting the message "compatible hardware is not found"
