can't get ATI Remote Wonder to work with iTunes + and - sound

I've got an ATI Remote Wonder and I'm trying to get it to work with iTunes, or even Windows in general. It does most of the functions, but I can't get it to work with increase and decrease audio. Anyone know how to set this up for either iTunes or Windows?
