Can't get applications running

I've a few apps (the square screen) and can't get them going. I've tried burning them and such but it just won't work. Usually that dos rectangle pops up and dissapears instantly from the screen...help.

My understanding is that he's trying to steal some software and his downloads got corrupted somehow.
