Can't get a command promp on start-up

I'm running windows Me and at the start up menu i only have the options to boot
1. Normal
2. Logged
3. Safe-mode
4. step by step confermation.

Where is my option for a comand promp so i can format my hard drive, been using the OS for a while and i have formated the drive several times. What gives, anyone know??

You have to boot from a bootdisk. You cannot fomat the drive your running on.

WinMe does not have a boot to dos option on the boot menu, they removed that in the upgrade from win98..

As DaveGod75 said, you have to use a boot disk, which i don't think you can create in WinMe - another useful feature.
