I'm trying to reformat my WD 160gb that currently has my OS (WinXP Pro) running on it. Problem is, when I boot from CD, whether the WD utilities CD or the WinXP cd, my keyboard won't work, so I can't select any of the options. Keyboard works fine in windows (Logitech Elite keyboard).

Is there anything I can run from within windows that will reboot and then initiate the format sequence?

Thanks.

Does the keyboard work in the BIOS? This is a PS/2-style keyboard, right (round plug)?

Can you borrow a PS/2 keyboard just for Setup and then go back to the Logitech? Or just buy one, I bet your local thrift store has one for a dollar :)
