Can't find XP install disk

I am tring to re-install XP Home on a Dell for a friend. The PC is really infected and I want a fresh(boot) install. the only problem is that they could not find the install Cd. however, they have the XP sticker on the side of the box.

any suggestions on how to make a CD and then allow me you use the already assigned id? Is there any thing else i need to consider. i

Have your friend contact Dell. They can help with a replacement Restore CD.
