can't find the review that showed CloudPond scaling with DDR4 frequency

they tested at 2400, 2800, 3200...and the scaling was significant...can anyone help? was going to show to friend. He bought his parts for his build, CPU hasn't come yet, and bought 32gb of DDR4 2666. It overclocks to 2800 no problem he said, but, idk...5% is nothing to sneeze at

If he changes command rate from 2T to 1T he gets about 3-4% more performance without needing to mess around with blck.

It's a matter of voltage for everything with RAM. At 2800 it probably defaults to looser timings than 2666 until you up voltage. More speed but higher timings doesn't always translate to more performance.
