Can't find the 3 pin cable for my System Fan

Okay, so my system has been running completely fine and cool for about a month now. But I realized last night that, on my Gigabyte, GA-K8NS Ultra 939 motherboard, one of the three 3-pin connectors on the boards for my fansis empty.

1 - CPU Fan slot plugged in and reporting RPM's in BIOS
2 - Power Fan and it's plugged in and reporting RPM's in BIOS
3 - SYS Fan empty and obviously no RPM's in BIOS

Now, I'll reiterate the system runs cool, but in the BIOS my system fan is, understably, being reported as 0 RPM. The problem is that I don't see any power cable available from my SLK3700-BQE that I could plug in there.

Am I missing something, or do I not need it for my setup?

I did NOT install a front fan in SLK3700-BQE, is that what this spot is for if and when I do?

Right, you can put any 3-pin fan you want on that header. Most people use it for the front fan but you don't have to.

I usually replace my PSU fan with a 3-pin fan and bring it out of the PSU to a mobo fan header so I can monitor it (some PSUs already have the fan monitor pin brought out for the purpose). I figure that the CPU and PSU fans are the critical ones to monitor.
. If there is another fan header available, I will hook a case fan up to it. Remember, the mobo headers are only for low-power fans. Some mobos give a maximum spec, but I don't hook up anything over 0.4 Amp to a mobo header.
