So i've got a flight from CA to Vancouver tomorrow evening and i just realized i need my passport after checking the E-Ticket.... lo and behold i'm in the middle of moving and I can't find my passport ANYWHERE!!!!

has this happened to anyone? Is there anything I can do? I tried calling the airlines and the guy told me there's no way around it..... am I screwed? 🙁

This happened to my Dad's lady friend and I was shocked that she got a replacement passport the very next day. Call the DoS first thing tomorrow morning.

I'm pretty sure you can still get into Canada with your driver's license and a birth certificate.

At least, you could two weeks ago. I understand that the policy is supposed to change pretty soon, though.

International flights, you will need a Passport. If you're driving over you may not need to have one, for now.

Not via air. Only via car.

When you get to the border say Canadian things like "aboot" and "eh". They'll be sure to let you in without question.

Just tape some paper and a photo together and you'll have yourself a makeshift passport. Should get you into Canada no problemo. Good luck finding a way back though.
