Question can't find compatible RGB RAM for Z390 AORUS PRO

EDIT I did it backwards. I checked the Memory on the G.Skill website instead of the Gigabyte MoBo website and I found some compatible RAM that has RGB.

Now the question is. I found these 2 models. I honestly don't know much about specific details about cas latency and stuff. What is the best one out these two and why? I assume the higher the number the better?

DDR4-3600MHz CL18-22-22-42 1.35V

DDR4-3600MHz CL16-16-16-36 1.35V

I feel so stupid. The second kit is advertised as AMD only. Wow.... RIP
It doesn't matter who they market it towards, as long as the RAM in on the motherboard's or memory manufacturer's QVL, you will be fine.

Plus, the memory controller on Intel CPUs isn't as picky, and doesn't seem to increase in performance as much as AMD CPUs do. Still, you likely want to get CAS 16 or lower RAM.

Alright awesome! thanks for the tip

You could even go down to 3200 speed and save some money. Intel doesn't really gain much by higher RAM speeds.
