cant find a driver that xp setup accepts during xp install

I just got my asus a8v deluxe motherboard today, and i started installing windows xp sp2 - or atleast trying to. I find out that xp cant see my sata drive, so i need to find a proper driver for the via sata controller (not raid) but whatever im trying to do it doesnt seem to accept the drivers im trying to feed it, has anyone had this problem? if so please help me out, im just dying to get it running, thanks
