I tried entering my BIOS cuz i want to see if i can overclock, im pressing delete over and over when im starting up and nothing happens! Its really pissing me off. Any suggestions?

Im running a 1.5 Willamette with a Intel Brand i850 motherboard. I Know you cant OC Intel brands but is there a way I can hack this and overide it?

Well, since you're running an Intel motherboard, there's absolutely no reason for you to access your bios, anyway. Of course, someone out there may have written a hacked bios for it that allows overclocking, but I doubt it, since for the same price, you can just buy an overclocking-friendly motherboard, like an Abit or an Asus...

Reset the cmos jumper or remove the battery with the computer unplugged. If there is a bios you will then have the option to access it during boot up.

You can also try F1, F2 or F10.
