Cant enable/disable AC-3 with Live! 5.1 card

I have a Live! 5.1 (SB0100) card using the latest drivers from creative's site and I dont have an option to enable/disable AC-3. I'm running Win2k SP2. I'm trying to watch DVDs with PowerDVD on my comp, currently without a reciever. I have audio set to spdif in powerdvd. In "Surround Mixer" it set as 5.1 and in advance theres no button for AC-3, even though it says "ac-3 dolby digital"

I understand there was a problem with this and Win2k but that was without SP2. I'm using SP2!!

I did hook this up to a reciever for "testing" and it did NOT pass DD/DTS. And its not decoding AC-3 either!

Any suggestions?

You cant just "attach" a pic??? I dont have anywhere to upload it, so I guess you'll have to go without a pic for now...

Isn't there two versions of PowerDVD, one that decodes DD and one that doesn't? You're using the correct (and more expensive) version, right?

Yes, I have the correct version of PowerDVD. However, powerdvd is not the problem, I believe the problem is with the SB Live! 5.1 card. There is no option to enable/disable AC-3 decoding.
