I went to download Adobe Acrobat Reader and when I click Download I get an "Error on page" in the bottom left corner of IE7.
Clicking on that gives me the following info:

Line: 226
Char: 2
Code: 0

And then it gives the URL of the page.

I know i can find Acrobat somewhere else, just curious how to get past this???
I have the IE pop up blocker disabled and google toolbar pop up blocker does not show any signs of a pop up????

Acrobat Reader 7.0.8? Try this link: http://ardownload.adobe.com/pub/adobe/r.../win/7x/7.0.8/enu/AdbeRdr708_en_US.exe

Any good?

It lets me download that. Did you get it through this link?

Yes, with a bit of cheating... (edited for clarity) click the Download link but then cancel the download. On the next page, there's a link to click if the download didn't work. Copy Shortcut on that link, insert it into the address bar, and remove the _DLM from the URL. DLM stands for Adobe's DownLoad Manager, which I think we can all live without :)

When you say right click the link do you mean the red download button under System requirements ??

No fair, you edited.

As soon as I click the download button nothing happens except the error I first posted about.

The Download button appears to use Javascript, so make sure that's not disabled. If the problem persists, you might try a shutdown/restart of Windows. If you just want Reader, then the link I gave before should do the job.
