Can't do Admin task even as Admin

I have a simple utility that sets the time. Now with Win7 installed it won't let me set the time. I get an error message that says "user doesn't have admin privileges" even though I'm logged on with an Admin account. I'm not real familiar with these account types, so am I missing something? I can't find any place to review/change whatever admin privileges are in effect, if there is such a thing. Thanks.

Most likely UAC is stopping it. Even if you're logged in with an admin account you're not really an admin until you elevate to perform a specific task.

You should be able to set a shortcut to always run it as admin. However, why do you need the program in the first place? What does it get you that NTP doesn't?

So how do I "elevate"?
