can't do a live update on norton antivirus??

i'm on a work computer now, and i can't get live update in norton anti-virus to work... even when i go to http://www.symantec.com or http://updates.symantec.com i get an apache server setup screen.... anyone?

Are you getting the LU1803 error, thats the prob I was having NAV 2004. Used Solution 1: Delete the Settings.LiveUpdate files to fix the prob.

If your getting an LU1803 error look here. This is the prob I was having. Solution 1: Delete the Settings.LiveUpdate files is what fix my prob.

Was it a changed host file?

yupp... and a csmss.exe file was on the puter that i had to manually delete and then remove from the registry

Thanks, thats what it sounded like, just wanted to make sure it wasn't some new issue.
